About this event

Purpose:

This lunchtime session aims to provide 30 mins of relaxation, a guided meditation to provide respite in the middle of the day. After the meditation you will feel truely rested and refreshed.

What to expect:

There will be 5 mins of introduction then the meditation will start. You just need to sit quietly and listen to Gordon's voice as he takes you on this guided meditation.

The meditation will start at 13:15, no further entry will be allowed after this time. This is to ensure that the full benefit of the meditation will be received and that there are no distractions.

Also remember, if you hear any sounds in the room, or any sounds outside of the room they are only natural noises occurring in the background. They will not bother you or distract you in any way. If you hear anything, it will just fade and become part of the background.

On your journey you will meet someone you may recognise. You may receive a message from this person which will be personal to you. This is a natural process of this type of meditation and all part of the journey.

  • Find a place of quiet and somewhere to sit comfortably
