Description
An energising 60minute class, where yoga postures (asanas) are linked together with movement & rhythmic breathing. By continuously moving we maintain heat in the body warming our muscles, and by breathing better we oxygenate the body & calm the mind, as we move into yoga postures. We finish the class with restorative & relaxing postures, so you’ll step off the mat feeling zen!
