Come along for yoga and meditation in your lunch hour. Time to wind down for the weekend ahead

About this Event

The perfect opportunity to add some yoga and meditation into your work week, meet some new people, fill up on tasty food and head into your weekend feeling chilled.

We've made this class 45 minutes so you'll still have time to grab something to eat before you head back to the office/uni. Everyone who's attending the class will receive 15% off their food and drink in the market.

We would recommend ordering your food before the class starts so that everything will be served together and we can all sit down for a post-yoga lunch and get to know our yoga community a bit better.

No experience required, the yoga will be suitable for all.

Please bring your own mat if you can, as we have a limited amount available in the venue.
