What are the BUTLER’S at KIRKSTALL FORGE VIP tickets?

Accepted Answer

A separate covered area by the side of the stage, with comfortable seating and a private bar (payable). Each guest will also receive a mini picnic hamper with snacks provided by the amazing Butler’s at Kirkstall Forge. You’ll also have your own cordoned viewing/dancing area right up front!

Is there parking on site?

No vehicles are allowed into the Abbey Grounds, but parking is available across the road next to Kirkstall Abbey museum. Buses also run frequently from Leeds City Centre to the Abbey (Numbers 33, 34 & the A1 Flyer).

Question 3

Is the site wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

The site is wheelchair accessible. However, as it is a 12th Century building, some of the flooring may be uneven and cobbled, so please exercise caution. Full details can be seen here: https://www.euansguide.com/venues/kirkstall-abbey-leeds-3649

Will there be a bar and food available?

Accepted Answer

Kirkstall Brewery will be running a fully stocked bar and Butler’s will have a Prosecco bar available. There will also be a number of food outlets on site.

Is the viewing area covered?

Accepted Answer

The Abbey area has no roof, so please come suitably clothed and prepared depending on the July weather! However there is a hard floor so wellies shouldn’t be required . . .

Question 6

Can we bring our own chairs and refreshments?

Accepted Answer

Yes, by all means, However we cannot guarantee you a seating area with perfect view to the stage. If you have specific seating requirements due to disabilities please let us know.

Question 7

Are children allowed to attend?

Accepted Answer

Children are welcome to attend provided they have bought a ticket. Please note there are no age concessions of the ticket prices.

Do I need to print my ticket?

Accepted Answer

You can either print your ticket or download onto your phone.

Question 9

Is there a refund policy?

Accepted Answer

As this event is a fundraiser, no refunds will be issued unless for exceptional circumstances. You do have the option to insure your tickets via Eventbrite though.
