A two-session course to help you with weight management and understanding your eating behaviours and how to change them.

This event is happening on 2 seperate mornings.

January 17th + 31st, 10 am until 11.30am. Please only book if you can attend both dates!

  • Learn how to adjust your thought patterns, break habits and change them for something better.
  • Discover how this process can be easy and stress-free.
  • Take home helpful notes and self-awareness tasks and put changes and strategies into practice immediately.
  • Enjoy a calming, motivational hypnosis recording to keep.

No weigh-ins, no prescribed diet. This is not about calories or will-power!
