We have limited spaces for our 30 day weight loss and fat burning programme, which begins in January 2018. Yes, you can enjoy the festivities of Christmas and New Year but you can do this care free by committing in advance to this top class coaching programme. You will be able to start 2018 in a positive way that will help you achieve your desried weight and tackle some of the old habits that have been holding you back.

We will coach you to achieve your desirable weight and body shape with our holistic, health first approach. You will get educated each week on key components to changing habits and losing body fat to maintain ideal weight long term. You will also be provided with online workouts, exercise programmes, meal plans and constant motivational support throughout each week.
