Sharan Sagoo is founder of Sharan Soul Sanctuary, with 22 years of corporate HR coaching experience in high-pressure city environments, I bring a unique blend of professional expertise and holistic wellness knowledge to my coaching practice. My approach, "The Science of Wholeness," recognises that true wellbeing emerges when we honour the wisdom of the body, mind, and soul as an integrated system. As a qualified Nutritionist, Psychology graduate, and certified Pranic Healer, I've developed a comprehensive methodology that addresses wellness at three interconnected levels:whole body nutrition, whole mind nourishment and whole soul wisdom.I am a testament to the results of this system as it changed the trajectory of my life, and brings significant results in nervous system resets for my clients.

Jane Oppegaard is founder of Happy Little Yogi, and started to practice yoga in 1999, liking the balance of physical exercise to the clearing and calming the mind through meditation and sound. Having suffered with scoliosis for most of my life, the practice proved to have incredible effects on my posture and mobility. I also weave my breath work and sound bath skills into the service I provide to my clients with significant results in calming the nervous system.
