Event description
Whether you are familiar with the Olympic Lifts or if they are completely foreign, this day will take your lifting to another level.

About this Event

Saturday 19/10

The day will start with an introduction to Olympic weightlifting! What it is and what the workshop will entail.

We are going to look at all things weightlifting from the way that we warm up to all the technical work and cues possibly needed to take your lifts to the next stage.

Both lifts will be ran through in a lot of depth, starting off basic and getting more advanced. There will be 2 x 20 minute max out sessions throughout the day, one for either lift where we can hopefully ring the PB bell as we smash new PB's or move past current plateau.

The day will be capped off with a 4 week programme to take away and a meal out with the workshop squad
