Clearsrping are delighted to invite you to their first Supper Club "Welcoming In Spring" with acclaimed Macrobiotic Chef, Counsellor & Life Coach, Nicky Clinch.

 

Together we will enjoy a stunning plant-based menu, designed by Nicky for this very special evening. Hosted at Britain's only Certified Organic Pub, The Duke of Cambridge, we will celebrate the best of seasonal produce, supplied by Riverford Farm and the rest supplied by family-run Clearspring, purveyors of authentic & organic fine foods.

Starting the evening with a Welcome Cocktail, we will then sit down to a delicious, vibrant and nourishing 4-course meal. The inspiring Nicky will then give a talk, followed by a Q&A session with Nicky and Clearspring.

Menu for the Night:

Course 1: Jerusalem Artichoke & Leek Veloute with Lemon OIl 

Course 2: Buckwheat, Lentil & Green Apple Salad with Spring Foraged Greens & a Lemon White Miso Cream 

Course 3: Maple Harissa Roasted Carrots with Crushed Pistachio, Tamari Pumpkin Seeds & Kale Pesto
Sesame Glazed Grilled Spring Onions 
Polenta Chips with a Wild Garlic Aioli 
Braised Saffron Infused Chickpeas
Sautéed Mixed Spring Greens
 
Course 4: Matcha Mashmallow Cheesecake with Vanilla Cashew Cream & a Raw White Chocolate Sauce

Nicky Clinch is a Macrobiotic Chef, Counsellor & Life Coach whose work is to empower others in their relationships to food, their lives and within themselves. A strong believer in balance rather than perfection, combined with her training in Oriental Medicine and Emotional Counselling, Nicky is a true pioneer in her field. She believes that healthy food should not only nourish our health but also encourage balacned harmony within our lives.
