· To get businesses to work together, as part of a community, to be aware and have interventions in place to protect, advise and safeguard those accessing their premises that seek help or have identified vulnerabilities.

· To get businesses to work to together to review policies, procedures and training for staff so that they can safeguard each other, and the public that use and access their businesses.

· Raise awareness of developing trends and criminality that may impact their working lives.

· To have engagement with all of those that enter and use premises to identify risk to public, staff and business.

· Have procedures in place as part of ongoing procedure and personnel development within your business practices.

· Roll out the ‘Ask for Angela’ scheme to retail, and publicly accessible businesses, so that they can safeguard vulnerable members of the public.

· Ensure that due to Staff turnover that the scheme retrains and updates every 12 months for those that need it.
