Ildiko Foote (Chartered MCIPD) is a qualified performance, Leadership excellence, career development and mental fitness coach with 16 yrs background in HR, Talent and Organisation Development.
Having held busy and demanding roles in the past, supporting people up to CEO level in different industries, she has both experienced signs of burnout and have supported many talented professionals at the brink of burnout due to stress, high pressure work, juggling too many priorities at all times, the increasing pace of change and dealing with difficult situations.
Her mission now is to help senior professionals and leaders with high levels of responsibility create more harmony between high performance and wellbeing, and help them fulfil their potential, create high performing environments while also improving wellbeing and resilience.
She draws her expertise from her long standing career in HR and Org devt, masters in HRM and Advanced Leadership, life and career coaching experience, and Positive Psychology and Mental Fitness practice.
