Well-being at Work
Event Information
Managers and employees - has lockdown made you re-evaluate the happiness of working life? We are offering FREE coaching to reflect.
About this event
Does your work make you happy? Do you know what is important for you at work? Would you like to learn new tools to improve your own well-being and for those around you?
Then, join us for the Happiness Circles which focus on exploring issues relating to work satisfaction, meaning, accomplishments, and relationships!
You are invited to come to these sessions with your own challenges and experiences in the workplace. For example, if you are a manager or a sole trader, you will have an opportunity to explore how you can make working life more satisfying. Or if you are an employee, you can explore how you can develop a fresh approach to work to make it more satisfying and energizing.
Who is this for?
Professionals working in a micro-business or a sole trader. Your eligibility for the programme, as funded by the European Union, will be reviewed upon registering and you will be contacted if you are not eligible.
In each session, you will:
- Reflect on challenges and issues in your own work context.
- Take part in discussions, use tools, exercises
