Description

Book your place now to find out about the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act and what it means for disabled people.

We will:

  • Provide an overview of the Act

  • How the Act can be used as a tool for change

  • Find out how Councils across Wales are applying the Act

  • Hear from Carmarthenshire Council on their Public Service Board's Well-being Plan

  • Provide an opportunity for networking

To end the day we will be joined by Tina Evans 'Human on Wheels: dare to be different' who will share her own well-being approach. Tina is a Disability Wales Embolden Ambassador – a role model promoting positive stories of disabled women who challenge perceptions and create change in Wales.

Please tell if you have any access or dietary requirements when booking. If you are a disabled member or a FULL member group of Disability Wales and require assistance with travel expenses please let us know in advance email: info@disabilitywales.org or telephone 029 20887325.
