Feeling lost in parenthood? Join our free wellbeing workshop to reconnect, recharge, and feel supported.
Being a parent or caregiver is rewarding – but it’s also one of the hardest jobs there is. It’s easy to put ourselves at the bottom of the priority list, and before we know it, stress and mental health can start to take a toll.
Join us for this online session, created especially for parents and carers, where we’ll take time to focus on you.
Our friendly HENRY facilitators will guide you through:
- Understanding the feelings and needs behind both children’s behaviour and your own
- Sharing real experiences and building realistic expectations and coping strategies
- Tackling feelings of guilt or failure that many of us carry
- Exploring practical ways to reduce stress and lighten the mental load of family life
