What to Bring (optional):
✨ Your favourite journal and pen
✨ A meaningful object you’d like to infuse with positive energy to take home with you
✨ A blanket for the yin practice
What to Wear:
✨ Anything you feel comfortable moving, resting, and flowing in - this is about feeling at ease in your body and mind.
A Kind Note:
We’d love for this gathering to be as phone-free as possible. Please be mindful about setting aside devices so we can all disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with ourselves - and each other - during the time we share together.
Timings:
Arrive from 10:30am onwards. Retreat to start at 11am.
