If you’ve ever felt lost or maybe unseen or unheard and you want to change that by investing in your own self-care and wellbeing, then Well Woman is made for you!
Well Woman is the type of space that I was looking for when I was sick and felt totally disorientated (see: here). I was scared, tired and uncertain of whether I'd be able to recover.
Since that time I've needed these spaces not only to stay healthy, well and balanced but also to share with others who are on a similar journey.
I've kept that in mind and created this simple workshop with some beautiful reflective, relaxing and fun activities to help you regain a sense of wholeness and to connect to yourself.
The session will allow you to:
💚Take part in some calming and restorative exercises which allow you to release tension and to let go
💚Quieten the chatter in your head and allow yourself to focus on you and bringing the balance that you want into your life
💚Re-connect and have a sense of peace and confidence in your abilities
💚Join a group of like-minded women who won't judge or make you feel insignificant
💚Have fun!
