About this event

In this Dirty Salad Club session, we'll be discussing key findings form The Wellbeing Project's WRAW Resilience Report 2022. This report details the most up-to-date findings on wellbeing and resilience in the workplace.

The Wraw Resilience Report provides an opportunity to pause and reflect on how people are coping. The working landscape continues to evolve at a rapid rate, and these findings give essential insight to help employers plan, and mitigate the risks that lie ahead.

By showing true care, and building healthy, psychologically safe working environments, it is possible to positively impact the bottom line of the business, and the lasting health and happiness of their people.
