Sessions look at the following:
• Why do we need sleep?
• Goal setting and strategies for change
• How many hours of sleep do we need to function well?
• Keeping a Sleep diary
• What have you already tried? • Mindfulness and relaxation techniques
• Problems and barriers to a good night’s rest
The course will be facilitated by one of our Wellbeing Activators and supported by one of our Living Well Coaches. We look forward to meeting you!
Please note you must attend BOTH sessions. The first session is 22nd of May and the second session is 29th of May. Both these sessions are at 10am-12pm at Wigton Hospital.
One ticket covers both sessions.
There is free on-site parking.
