In this interactive talk, Aleigh will guide you through her findings about
the three most important areas to understand when you want to improve
wellbeing of your employees (and yourself). We will broaden your
understanding about what contributes to employee wellbeing and
share with you the missing link between wellbeing programmes
and succesful wellbeing programmes that provide sustainable
improvements in the long term.

About the speaker - Aleigh Sydenham MA MCIPD APC (IIC) is a Chartered member of the CIPD and has held various roles on the CIPD branch since 2005. She is the Branch Lead for Health and Wellbeing and runs her own business: Coaching for Wellbeing, which focuses on helping people to understand modern day pressures that cause stress and learning how to overcome these to achieve personal and professional wellbeing. She is currently undertaking a PhD in Coaching and Wellbeing and will share with you the latest in her findings in this important and fascinating field.
