Join us to celebrate the achievements of more than 70 local employers accredited in workplace wellbeing.

Now in its second year, the event recognises workplaces achieving varying levels of award status on the East Sussex Wellbeing at Work programme.

The annual event provides opportunities for networking, guest speaker talks and a marketplace showcasing local support services for businesses. We will celebrate the programme and its achievements to date, meeting some of the participating employers and share case studies of best practice.

This year's guest speakers are:

Sussex Musculoskeletal (MSK) Partnership, including an interactive element
Mind in Brighton and Hove, discussing the topic of resilience

Attendees have the unique opportunity to learn more about the East Sussex Wellbeing at Work programme. Available free of charge to East Sussex workplaces (excluding Brighton and Hove), the programme provides workplaces with a framework to improve employee health and wellbeing, whilst rewarding those who are actively working to do so. Participating workplaces have free access to health resources, training, events and a signposting service to those working in East Sussex.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Transport and parking: The Welcome Building is located close to public transport links. Eastbourne train station is less than 15mins walk and main bus routes on South Street are less than 10mins walk away. There is paid parking facility on site (College Road car park, 1 min walk).

Workplaces anticipated to be awarded in the Ceremony can book from Wednesday, 6 December. Each workplace can book up to three guest tickets.
General admission tickets can be booked from Monday 18 December. Each workplace can book up to two guest tickets.
Bookings will close Wednesday 17 January 2024.

This event is for individuals who work in East Sussex only. Bookings close at 10pm on17 January 2024. East Sussex Wellbeing at Work is operated by Public Health at East Sussex County Council.
