Wellbeing at Work - COVID Has Us Energised!
Event Information
About this Event
2020 has been an eventful and challenging year with unprecedented impact on our mental health at work and at home. As COVID has been upfront and centre in our thoughts we thought we would use it as an energiser and catalyst for our success in 2021.
In this session, we will use COVID as an acronym to enable you to deliver positive outcomes for your organisations and your people.
C = Communication
O = Opportunity
V = Visibility
I = Innovation
D = Downtime
There will be many opportunities to interact including learning from each other in breakout rooms. We will share some tips and strategies around wellbeing areas such as building trusting relationships, remote working and building a wellbeing strategy based on national good practice such as ISO45003. But most importantly you will learn from each other.
Trainers Information
These webinars have been prepared in partnership between Ascent Wellbeing (www.ascentwellbeing.com) and People Power Performance (https://www.pppois.com/).
Ascent Wellbeing supports organisations to create whole organisational wellbeing systems which adhere to national legislative guidance and good practice such as Thriving at Work and ISO45003.
People Power Performance Organisation Improvement Strategies aims to help change the narrative for the world of work through people being at the forefront of powering performance and helps organisations to move individuals from good to great to exceptional.
Both organisations also support organisations to develop the unique strengths of their people, drawing on the field of Positive Psychology, supporting staff to thrive and be the best they can be at work. Wellbeing and performance are intrinsically linked and to get the best from your people, they need to feel good and happy at work. These organisations have decades of experience in the areas of mental health and wellbeing, Positive Psychology, HR and Employee Engagement. Paul Hamlin, Director of People Power Performance and Georgina Clarke, Director of Ascent Wellbeing say:
“We have joint values to help people to be the best version of themselves and to help organisations create environments where people are supported to flourish and perform at their best. We both see wellbeing and strengths as being a key part of this process and want to focus on helping leaders to engage staff effectively, understanding how to inspire staff to contribute their unique strengths, so as to create positive cultures and behaviours at work’
