Mental Health Online Training is a CPD accredited course provider.
Delivered with passion and empathy, this course demystifies stress and its effects, it teaches highly effective stress management techniques at work that can be easily applied in your work life. It looks at the top stressors at work during the pandemic and teaches many easy to implement strategies to improve wellbeing and reduce burnout.
Stress is a well recognised cause of many chronic physical health conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure as well as mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety. Understanding the warning signs of stress on your physical and emotional health and taking active steps to manage your stress levels could prevent long term health consequences.
