About this event
Managing Wellbeing in Schools and Sixth Form Colleges is a very interesting space to be currently! You are well positioned to have a positive impact especially as we emerge from the Covid 19 pandemic. The repercussions of the last two years can not only be noticed in the likes of mental health statistics but our everyday experience too. Getting Wellbeing right for all your stakeholders is important.
This is relevant to: Educational Trusts, School Pastoral Support, Teachers, HR, Trustees, Designated Wellbeing Leads.
The purpose of coming together is for us to be collaborative. As a group we can select the long term objectives and topics you would like to discuss.
This upcoming session will be on "What does an effective Wellbeing Strategy look like?"

- What does Wellbeing mean in the academic environment?
- Who is responsible for Wellbeing?

If you have already implemented a strategy or just starting out we welcome hearing your input. Collaborative ideas are helpful in supporting each others success.
The group will be led by Leigh McKay, a mental health first aid instructor and wellbeing consultant. Leigh has experience of implementing effective wellbeing strategies with within the private sector as well as with schools. Leigh will facilitate, offer guidance to industry standards and overall insight.
