Through regular Workplace Wellbeing Champion Networking Meetings, we aim to create an informal space for all of the Workplace Wellbeing Champions trained by the programme and the workplace wellbeing leads to come together, exchange ideas and best practices, and discuss a hot topic in workplace health.

The East Sussex Wellbeing at Work programme provides Workplace Wellbeing Champion Training in partnership with One You East Sussex. Being trained as a Workplace Wellbeing Champion means that you can help promote healthy lifestyles in your workplace and inspire colleagues to take a more active role in their health, through running activities or sharing local services and resources.

We are delighted to invite you for our first champions networking meeting of the year. This meeting will be face-to-face at The Lansdowne, King Edward's Parade, Eastbourne, BN21 4EE, with sea views! A Workplace Wellbeing Champion lanyard badge for each attendee will be provided, so that they can be easily identified as a champion by colleagues when back in the workplace. See the agenda below.
