Join us for a nurturing day of rest and reflection at your local community cinema. Our Wellbeing Day invites you to slow down and connect – with yourself, with nature based arts, and with others.
Yoga 10am-11am
We’ll begin with a gentle yoga session with Shadeyah suitable for all levels, helping you ground yourself and ease into the day with mindful movement and breath. Bring along a mat if you have one, if you don't then let us know.
Mindful Art – Nature Casting 11.30am-1pm
Enjoy a hands-on mindful art workshop with Well Social's Lucy & Lottie, where you’ll create a beautiful plaster cast of nature, connecting your senses with materials and smells – a calming, creative way to connect with the natural world and yourself. Bring some nature if you wish (folliage, flower heads, twigs)
Cacao & Light Lunch Available
Delicious ceremonial cacao and light lunch options will be available to purchase throughout the day. Also tea, coffee and cold refreshments and snacks.
Sound Bath 2-3pm
Surrender to stillness during a deeply relaxing sound bath with Lottie & Jo, where healing vibrations will guide you into a state of calm and inner peace. Step into a cinema screen and experience a guided meditation and gentle tones of crystal bowls, tibetan bowls and healing instruments to carry you into deep stillness. Relax in a cinema seat, Bring a blanket or whatever makes you comfortable - there are some laying down spots available (first come, first serve)
age 13+, not suitable for people with Epilepsy, Pregnant or have metal in their body (pacemaker) if you have any health concerns do contact us directly to discuss.
🎬 Film Screening: The Way***3.30-5.30pm
We’ll end the day with a special screening of *The Way*, a heartfelt film about journeying, discovery, and connection.
You can come for the full day or just a part, this is your invitation to step away from the everyday and find space to simply be.
Book activities individually or buy a ticket for the whole day. The film is free for anyone booked into any workshops on this day!
Parking is free on Sundays :)
