The Wellbeing Service hosts short, informal information and discussion sessions specifically for men, where we talk about ‘Wellbeing for Men’…

The session lasts 2 hours, and is facilitated by one of our experienced male Living Well Coaches. Groups can be between 4 and 10 participants.

Discussion topics include:

Stress – Anxiety – Depression – Mid-life – Relationships – Physical health self-checks – Nutrition – Exercise – Sleep – Positive/Negative coping strategies

Although quite heavy topics, we aim to keep the session informal and energetic, and the facilitators are available afterwards if any participants want to discuss any issues further.
