About this event

This is open to all abilities; you can take it at your own pace and will be given alternatives to each exercise. The session will finish with a quick abs workout to ensure you have used all your muscles!

This class will be delivered virtually via MS Teams, once you have signed up you will receive a link to join the session.

We ask if you could please read and complete our Health Commitment Statement so show that you have agreed to our terms and conditions of attending this class. You only need to complete this once per academic year.

As this is an online class, you are strongly advised to leave your camera on to ensure that the instructor is able to check for correct form when participants are carrying out exercises. This is to reduce the risk of injury and to ensure you are getting the maximum benefit out of the session so that the instructor can interact with you and advise you as and when needed. You are asked to keep your microphones muted and use the chat function for if you have any questions for the instructor.
