Over the past three months, our Wellbeing Hub has been filled with connection, learning, laughter, and growth. In our upcoming session, we’ll take a step back to reflect together on the impact these gatherings have had on us as women — from how they’ve shaped our feelings and confidence, to the shifts we’ve noticed in our behaviour, habits, and daily lives.
We’ll revisit the highlights of the past sessions, celebrate the moments that stood out, and share openly about what we’ve gained from being part of this community. This is a chance to pause, recognise our personal journeys, and explore how these experiences are supporting us in moving forward with more clarity, strength, and joy.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• Please register in advance to secure your seat; this is not a drop-in session.
• Arrive a little earlier. Doors open at 11:45 AM and we start promptly at 12:00 PM.
• Come and find us at the Gants Hill Engagement Hub, Room B, located at Redbridge Institute Carpark)
