Are you feeling anxious about Covid-19? Join us to talk through your fears, regain confidence and learn to look after your wellbeing

About this Event

This session focuses on personal wellbeing, and how best to protect it in a world with Covid-19.

This workshop aims to empower participants with the confidence to take back control over how they are feeling. Participants are encouraged to relfect, and take part in group discussions to understand the sources of anxiety and stress.

This workshop invites participants to take part in different wellbeing exercises that can help with reordering thoughts, and managing stress and anxiety.

Wellbeing in a World of Covid-19 is ideal for anyone living with Covid related anxiety. It is also suitable for anyone wanting to learn a bit more about how you can support others.
