There is plenty of free parking at the Coundon Social Club.

What refreshments will be there?

There will be free tea, coffee, biscuits and fruit. Bring a cold drink with you. We will try and meet people's dietary needs by providing milk alternatives and also gluten free biscuits.

Are there bathroom facilities

Yes! There are bathroom facilities on the ground floor. Please note, we will be in a room on the lower ground floor so there are stairs to access the toilet internally and step free access around the outside of the building.

What do I need to wear/bring with me?

Please make sure you dress for the weather and wear long sleeves and trousers. The paths we use around the river and woodland can get wet and muddy so make sure you have trainers you don't mind getting scruffy, boots or wellies. If you would like to borrow some wellies, please let Rosie know.

How accessible are sessions?

We will spend most sessions out on the Wedge where we can. The ground is uneven with some slopes. We will always take walks slowly and I will have perching stools and picnic blankets with me so we can stop and take as many rests as we need!
