About this event

Are you struggling with your mental or physical health, feeling lonely or isolated, or on a recovery journey? Spending time in nature with others facing similar challenges can really help.

Sessions are TWO HOURS and take place in a beautiful woodland setting. They start with a short mindfulness grounding, connecting with others in the group and some outdoor activity such as nature observation or crafting. There are hot drinks and snacks available and a shelter should the weather be inclement.

The sessions run weekly throughout the year.

Tuesday sessions are at Foundry Wood in Leamington CV32 6AF

(There are also sessions on Thursday at Packmores Community Garden in Warwick CV34 5EP - see alternative booking page)

Times are 10am to 12 noon or 12:30pm til 2.30pm.

After you book here we will contact you via email to answer any other questions or concerns you might have and make sure you know where to find us.

Spending time amongst trees and plants has many health and wellbeing benefits.

Being amongst green leaves has a calming effect on our bodies and minds. Research has shown that time in nature reduces our blood pressure, lowers stress and boosts our immune system. The benefits are even more significant when we get involved in outdoor activities with others. You start to feel more confident, less socially isolated and simply happier!
