Wellbeing In The Workplace (Lite) Strategy Workshop.

About this Event

Too much stress, not enough time to recharge, and demanding work conditions can all contribute to employee burnout. In the age of digital transformation, every successful organisation needs happy, healthy and productive people. But if you’re not keeping a close eye on it, burnout will compromise your team’s effectiveness—and your organisation's ability to compete in the future.

The price of burnout has never been higher.

All employees feel some stress in their jobs from time to time. Big projects and new initiatives require extra effort that can be overwhelming. In today’s world, the increasing pace of change is forcing everybody to push harder and deliver more than ever before.

When employees aren’t given time to themselves to rest or recharge, constant strain can lead to burnout—now recognised by the World Health Organisation (WHO) in its 11th Revision of the International Classification of Diseases as an occupational phenomenon that may lead people to seek treatment from healthcare providers.

On Friday the 25th of October we would like to invite you to a half day (lite version) of 'wellbeing in the workplace' strategy creation workshop at Workshed co-working in Swindon from 9am - 12pm

Course overview:

Feeling in control of your working life, building strategies for fulfilment at work and home, make life so much easier. We help organisations just like yours create bespoke wellbeing strategies, for teams and individuals.. By creating your own well-being plan, you will gain a deeper appreciation and feeling of satisfaction from work, and beat the negative side to depression or stress.

We use the 'Wellbeing In The Workplace' toolkit explained though our S.I.M.P.L.E wellbeing model, which aims to help people to look beyond mere survival and existence. It encourages them to move forward, create a actionable well-being and work health toolkit. This course is for anyone who seeks greater understanding of how to stay well, and how to stay well after experiencing poor mental health at work.
