What is the purpose of this session?

This monthly online session is designed to support the mental health and wellbeing of people living in Bridgend. Each session focuses on different topics — from stress management to self-care — offering practical tools, group discussion, and a supportive space to reflect and connect

Who can attend?

These sessions are specifically for adults (18+) living in the Bridgend area. Whether you’re new to mental health discussions or looking to strengthen your coping strategies, you're very welcome.

Is it free to attend?

Yes – the session is completely free. All we ask is that you register in advance to receive your secure joining link.

Do I have to speak or turn my camera on?

No pressure at all. You can listen in with your camera off if that’s more comfortable. Participation is encouraged but never expected.

How long is each session?

Each session runs for around 1 hour, including time for conversation, Q&A, and practical tips you can use day-to-day.

What topics are covered?

Each month’s theme is different, but may include: Information on services available in Bridgend Stress and anxiety Coping with change Building confidence and resilience Healthy routines and habits Sleep and rest Emotional wellbeing We also take suggestions from participants!

Is it confidential?

Yes. We create a safe, respectful space. What’s shared in the group stays in the group.
