Wellbeing: Making it work (Evening Event)
Wed 26 April 2017, 18:30 – 20:00 BST
CIPD research shows that employee wellbeing has a positive correlation with business success. Better health and wellbeing can increase productivity, engagement levels and attendance rates; it also helps attract the best personnel and improves their retention rates. This is good for both employee and employer.
So where do you start? What is the business case for implementing a wellbeing strategy and how do you overcome the common obstacles?
As always we would encourage you to network at our events with fellow members. We will have the kettle on from 5.30pm if people fancy coming along a little earlier to have a natter before the event starts!
This session will look to provide attendees with the tools they need to start making a difference in their employees′ health and happiness, and promoting an overall culture of well–being throughout the organisation.
- Understand how to build an effective platform for well–being
