Friday Evening Arrival and Onboarding

Welcome drink on arrival and the chance to meet your crew, settle in and unpack for the weekend.

Dinner

Evening meal at a local pub and introductions from the Eastwood Whelpton Crew.

Saturday Morning

Early morning nature walk followed by breakfast onboard.

10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Sailing

Motor along the River Ant and moor up at How Hill for lunch and a chance to explore the gardens. Arrive at Barton Broad for an afternoon sail and moor here for the evening.

6:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Group Activity and Dinner

Group wellbeing activity followed by dinner at a local pub/restaurant.

Sunday Morning

Morning group activity (meditation/yoga/art TBC) followed by breakfast onboard.

Sailing

Group sailing on Barton Broad followed by a shared BBQ lunch.

Join us for a relaxing wellness retreat on the water. No sailing experience needed as you will have skippered support with you for the whole weekend.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided and are included in the price. We will come together both evenings to enjoy a meal in a local pub.

As well as the opportunity to experience the stunning scenery of the Norfolk Broads, there will be various additional activities on offer throughout the weekend from guided walks, to wild swimming, to meditation and cocktail making!

Pricing is per person and based on 4 people sharing a yacht.

What if I have never sailed before?

Not a problem. You will have skippered support throughout the weekend. Sit back and relax as you enjoy the beautiful landscape or get involved and learn how to sail a beautiful Norfolk Broads yacht.

Can I book a single berth onboard one of the yachts? Or do I have to book the whole yacht.

Yes you can book on a single berth basis. The price is based on 4 people sharing so it is likely you will be sharing with other folk that have also booked a single berth.

What can I expect living onboard a yacht for a weekend?

Living on a yacht is a little bit like camping. We will provide all of the bedding you need, as well as a fully stocked kitchen. However, remember that this is a small space so you need to be comfortable with communal living for a few days.

I will be travelling by train. How do I get to Upton Yacht Station?

We offer a shuttle service from our local train station. Just let us know your arrival time and we will be at the station to meet you.
