Russell Turner – Group Health and Wellbeing Manager from Biffa Waste Services will be joining us to discuss the importance of developing effective and engaging wellbeing initiatives.
In a working environment where stress and anxiety is increasing, where employees are experiencing greater life demands and where lifestyles are less healthy, one of the key priorities for an employer should to support and encourage positive health and well-being.
Russell has 15 years of working in Senior Occupational Health Roles in the UK and Northern Europe for organisations such as M&S, Heinz and O2.
As Head of Health and Employee Wellbeing UK and International at Marks & Spencer Russell conceptualised, developed and implemented the multi award winning health and wellbeing programme. He is a member of CBI Health and Safety Panel and has been involved in a number of areas of research. Russell is still registered as a Nurse and holds a degree in Occupational Health.
