The pressure to be exceptional, the microaggressions, the emotional labour, it adds up. That’s why “Wellbeing & Resilience in the Workplace” is such an important session in our series, as it’s your space to pause, reflect, and reclaim your peace.
This workshop dives deep into what it truly means to prioritise your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing in environments that might not always be built with your needs in mind. We’ll also explore the harsh realities of workplace stress, how it uniquely impacts Black women, and, more importantly, how you can build tools and strategies to protect your energy and You’ll explore what stress looks like for Black women in the workplace, how to build emotional strength, and how to set boundaries without guilt, so you can really flourish, not just survive.
