Our guest speaker, brain based transformation coach Phil Lunt will provide a inspirational talk on subconscious beliefs and how they run our lives and cause suffering. You will learn how you can change subconscious beliefs to be able to create positive changes in behaviour.
The day includes a dynamic yoga session to stretch and relax the body and soothe the mind.
