Join an experienced leader for a gentle walk around Tinker's Island and experience the benefits of nature and exercise.
About this event
This is part of a series of free walks and events, funded by Involve Kent. There will be two walks each week, at a variety of locations, for over 55s and under 55s with long term health conditions and participants will be asked to complete a short questionnaire.
The meeting point is the slipway near the pay and display car park at Lower Castle Field Car Park, The Slade, TN9 1JN.
The path may be muddy in places, so wear sturdy footwear, clothing suitable for the weather and bring a waterproof jacket. Well behaved dogs on leads welcome.
