Stress levels can increase when living in a cluttered home and research has proven that decluttering can significantly reduce feelings of anxiety and depression. We are all spending more time inside our homes this cold season, so we invite you to an inspiring and empowering workshop about the gentle path to a more organised home.

Kate from Better Organised is a productivity coach & professional organiser based in Milngavie, Scotland. She will share some practical, positive tips for how to declutter and organise your home, explore some of the benefits of living with less clutter and highlight some of the key questions to ask yourself when struggling to 'let go’.
