The ‘Live Life Well Virtual Weekender Series’ - the UK’s best-loved virtual well-being festival available ON-DEMAND

About this Event

The UK's first ever virtual well-being festival - the 'Live life Well Weekender', was launched in May 2020 to help support peoples health and well-being in 2020 and ran from the 8th – 10th May 2020. Due to demand and popularity, organisers created a second festival in September 2020 and now, are offering ALL 60 talks, workshops and panel discussions ON-DEMAND.

The well-being community came together over the last six months to help us create the ‘Live Life Well Weekender’ - the UK’s first ever community-lead virtual well-being festival online, in response to COVID-19 and the current national lockdown, to help people better cope in these extraordinary times.

These two virtual festivals brought together over 60 of the very best health and wellbeing experts to provided a range of expert talks, workshops, events and resources, offering support, sparking discussions online, providing the practical tools people need to better cope with these challenging times.

Across the two festivals our line-up included Media doctors and broadcasters; Dr. Sarah Jarvis, Dr. Dawn Harper, Dr. Radha Modgil, and Dr. Aaron Balick, alongside mental health campaigners and speaker Natasha Devon, Jake Mills, Dr Claudia Herbet and comedian and performer Juliette Burton. Anxiety speakers Josh Roberts and Rachel Kelly , and health professionals Dr Shahzadi Harper, Dr Ranaulf Crooke among many many more.

The festivals provided inspiring, educational and practical talks, workshops and discussions that provided support and hope for many.

Buy registering or purchasing a ticket, you will have access to both virtual festivals' content, and the chance to explore everything from health and fitness, looking after your mental health, managing stress and anxiety, relationships and loneliness, safeguarding your children, working from home, home-schooling and studying, whilst helping you to take care of yourself and your family emotionally and physically.

Through these talks and workshops our experts and industry leaders together, will provide a central hub for vital and credible source of information, and create the discussions we all need to help us cope now, reduce the negative impacts on us and our families for the future, and better prepare ourselves for our new norm as we return to life after lock-down.
