When working from home (WFH) it can be easy to fall into bad habits that can negatively affect your mental and even physical health. Being aware of and managing your wellbeing whilst working from home is crucial in order to prevent burnout, maintain productivity and ensure a healthy work-life balance.

In this bite-sized session we explore 10 top tips on how to manage your own wellbeing, to get the best from your working from home experience.
