Join Jim and Helen along with Unilever's Tim Munden to discuss the future of workplace wellbeing, and the importance of personalisation.

About this event

Our guest is Tim Munden, Chief Learning Officer at Unilever, one of the Founding Partners of The Global Collaboration for Better Workplace Mental Health. Jim Woods and Helen Gillett will discuss with Tim how employers can support wellbeing at an individual level, recognising we have different needs and preferences.

The theme of personalisation is running through business, from new flexible working practices to personalised healthcare. We’ll look at how:

  • helping each employee find their purpose is good for their wellbeing
  • how leaders need to be able support difference and engage actively in wellbeing
  • new sources of data are enabling organisations to understand difference
  • employers can create space for each individual
  • Mental Health Champions can equip communities
  • providing wellbeing benefits for everyone is challenging.

We’ll also look at how to make wellbeing strategic and systemic, not the preserve of a small number of wellbeing experts. What skills do wellbeing leads need, from articulating the business case to identifying who to reach out to internally?
