Wellbeing Works: The Value of Fearlessness
Event Information
About this Event
Wellbeing and diversity are critical elements of psychological safety, which is going to matter more than ever as we emerge from the pandemic. Employers with a fearless culture will attract employees who have struggled through difficult times and want a place that will support them personally, and where they feel they belong.
Zoe Eccleston and Jim Woods will discuss this with two guests. Oke Eleazu was inspired by his daughter to found “Black in Business”, and we’ll hear how he is creating a place where everyone can belong in the insurance industry. With Gareth Lee, we’ll explore why Google’s project Aristotle found psychological safety is the single most important determinant of team success, and how he uses mindfulness with his teams.
