56 per cent of employers say they would like to do more to improve staff wellbeing, but don't feel they have the right training or guidance. At Mind in Harrow, we can help. The Workplace Training project at Mind in Harrow delivers specialist, tailored mental health and wellbeing training courses and workshops, focusing on the workplace. We help organisations support their responsibilities towards workforce mental health and have a positive impact on the wellbeing of employees. All the income we raise from training goes towards the key services we provide in the community.
Mind in Harrow is a mental health organisation started in the 1960's and has expanded to provide a range of services. We currently employ a team of 20 staff and have the support of 60 volunteers. We are an independent charity affiliated to National Mind and are part of a network of 200 Local Mind Associations across the country.
Mind in Harrow is committed to providing the highest quality community mental health services, which anticipate, meet and exceed the expectations of service users, workers and other stakeholders. As a Local Mind Association (LMA), the quality of our services are assured through Quality Management in Mind (QMiM) standards, assessment and continuous improvement plans.
