In this session, Psychotherapeutic Counsellor Philippa Allenby will share the powerful benefits of breathing strategies. These include a calmer mind; improved length and quality of sleep; enhanced immunity and reduced fatigue.
Philippa has worked as an IAPT therapist for seven years, helping people with anxiety and depression. She promotes breathing to all her clients as a free, non-tablet solution to a lot of symptoms that bring effective results.
