Welcome to our Wellbeing Workshop at Matrix Youth Cafe run by Surrey Youth Cabinet!

This is an event for young people in school years 6 - 11.

Come join us on Wed 24th Sept 2025 at 4:00 PM for a chilled workshop on how to boost your mental health and wellbeing, run by local young people.

Join us in this safe place, where you can connect to other young people who get it and gain tools to support yourself.

So, come along for this feel good activity, where the positive effects will be long lasting!

Who: All are welcome from school years 6 - 11

Location: Matrix Youth Cafe, Allen House Guildford, Eastgate Gardens, GU1 4AZ

When: 4pm - 5:30pm

Arrive early and grab a drink or snack at our youth cafe (open from 3:30pm) and play a game whilst you wait.
