About this event
Wellbeing Workshops Devon CIC has received National Lottery funding to provide FREE online wellbeing workshops to the community. The workshops aim to develop your knowledge and understanding of what wellbeing is and what effects your wellbeing.To help you to manage and maintain your own wellbeing going forward.
You only need to sign up for one workshop to access them all!
All of the workshops are interactive, fun and informal and are here to help you!
