About this event

This wellbeing yoga class is virtual and led by Kiran who teaches Vinyasa which is a flow based style of yoga. This movement methodology can be applied to any yoga style empowering you to your next level. So you can expect to get strong from the inside out, have fun and enjoy complete relaxation at the end. A wonderful way to spend your lunch break.

This class will be delivered virtually via MS Teams, once you have signed up you will receive a link to join the session.

As this is an online class, you are strongly advised to leave your camera on to ensure that the instructor is able to check for correct form when participants are carrying out exercises. This is to reduce the risk of injury and to ensure you are getting the maximum benefit out of the session so that the instructor can interact with you and advise you as and when needed. You are asked to keep your microphones muted and use the chat function for if you have any questions for the instructor.
