Wellbeing & Yoga with Shams invites you to step into a space of calm, connection, and care. The session blends light yoga movements with accessible breathing techniques to help you release tension, recharge your energy, and reconnect with yourself as part of our Jasmine Journeys project.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have some experience, these sessions are designed with inclusivity at their heart. Everyone is welcome, all bodies, all abilities, all backgrounds. You’ll be supported in a gentle, encouraging environment where you can simply move, breathe, and be. These sessions are designed to nurture your wellbeing through simple, mindful practices. Together, we’ll explore:
- Gentle yoga to ease stiffness and support mobility
- Breathing techniques to calm the mind and restore focus
- Relaxation practices to leave you feeling grounded and refreshed
This is more than a yoga class. It’s an inclusive, supportive community where everyone is welcome. No experience is required, and the sessions are fully accessible for all levels and abilities.
